COMPANY HISTORY
EXTREME PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS was established in 1984 with the main business of vehicle roll cage fabrication and mechanical parts fabrication. Then in 1987, EXTREME PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS became a California corporation and moved to better facility in Pico Rivera, California. After the successful move, EXTREME PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS started manufacturing high performance motorcycle exhaust systems, taking the Porche world by storm with the first high performance stainless steel exhaust header for the Turbo Carrera Porche. This system dramatically improved the horse power while reducing the turbo lag.
Other products at that time included;

| high performance mountain bike frames, forks, and stems | |||
| high tech mountain bike titanium bars, stems, bar ends, and seat posts | |||
| the first ever titanium mountain bike crank set. | |||
| concert fog machines | |||
| mechanical special effects rigging and equipment |
In 1992, EXTREME PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS moved to North Hollywood, California to be closer to the major motion picture studios so as to better serve the special effects industry.
From 1993-1994, EXTREME PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS collaborated with Denali Industries to engineer and build numerous high performance electric cars to be used as "test beds" for several companies to test their components on, including General Motors. 2 of the vehicles were entered in the national '94 electric car race and BOTH won first place!
Now from late 1994, EXTREME PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS has been supplying the film industry with custom special effects rigging, high quality motion control camera equipment, model movers, and car & set turntables.
